Our real edge isn’t just skill, it’s how we tackle older homes and masonry challenges. We start with a deep dive into your home’s structure, especially if it’s one of Olympia’s older builds with solid brick or concrete foundations. Those thick walls and heavy masonry can hide problems like moisture trapped behind liners or shifting supports that no generic kitchen remodeler will catch. We’ve seen too many ‘quick fixes’ in this area that leave homeowners with drafty cabinets or floors that creak worse than before. Our team treats your kitchen like part of your home’s history, not just another renovation project. And because we’re local, we know which suppliers in the Olympia area carry the right materials for older homes, no waiting for shipments that’ll sit in a warehouse for weeks.
If you’re tired of a kitchen that feels like an afterthought in your historic home, or if you’re finally ready to tackle that outdated layout but worried about damaging the original brickwork or built-ins, we’re the team for you. We’ve remodeled kitchens in every Olympia neighborhood, from the tight galley kitchens in Westside bungalows to the sprawling cooks’ kitchens in Eastside craftsman homes. Our work isn’t about trends; it’s about function that lasts. Whether you need a full gut-and-rebuild or just a smart update to your existing layout, we’ll make sure your kitchen works as hard as your home does. And because we handle everything from permits to final inspections, you won’t have to navigate Olympia’s building codes alone.
